Chapter Vice President: Kevin E. Boland, ASA

An appraiser for over twenty-five years, Kevin Boland has performed commercial, institutional, and industrial fixed asset valuations for clients located in the United States, Australia, Mexico and South America.

Currently in the Machinery & Equipment Appraisal Divison of The Daley-Hodkin Group, Kevin has worked for nationally recognized asset based consulting, public accounting, risk management, loss adjusting and engineering firms. His projects have included mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, insurance, property records and condemnation.

Qualified as an expert witness in NY, NJ, PA, and WY, Mr. Boland currently holds senior designations in both The American Society of Appraisers and the Association of Machinery & Equipment Appraisers. Mr. Boland is a past President of the ASA Long Island Chapter and currently serves as Chapter Vice President.
